Simply browse our Shop or Menu section, click the + button on any product to add it to your cart, then click the cart icon in the top navbar. From your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your details, and place your order. You'll receive a confirmation email within minutes.
You can modify or cancel your order up to 48 hours before your pickup date for a full refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours receive a 50% refund or store credit. Please call us at +1 (212) 555-BAKE or email orders@sweetcrumbs.com as soon as possible.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. In-store we also accept cash. All online transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL security.
Yes! Same-day pickup orders are welcome for most in-stock items if placed before 12:00 noon. Custom cakes and special orders require at least 48 hours notice. Check our opening hours to plan accordingly.
Our bakers start at 4:00 AM every day. Fresh croissants, breads, and pastries are ready by the time we open at 7:00 AM. Popular items like sourdough and croissants often sell out by mid-morning, so we recommend coming early or pre-ordering.

We have a growing range of vegan and gluten-conscious options, clearly labelled in-store and on our menu. However, as all products are baked in the same kitchen, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination. Please speak with our staff if you have severe intolerances.
Yes! We offer local delivery within a 5-mile radius of our bakery. Delivery is $4.99 and free on orders over $50. Delivery is available Tuesday–Sunday, 8 AM–6 PM. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance for delivery. In-store pickup is also available.
All orders are packaged in our signature eco-friendly kraft boxes with tissue paper lining. Cakes are transported in padded, temperature-stable carriers. We use 100% recyclable and compostable packaging — because we care about the planet as much as we care about your pastries.
Use our Order & Contact form on the website, select "Custom Cake" as your order type, and describe your vision in the message field (theme, size, flavour, date). Alternatively, call us directly. We'll follow up to discuss design details and provide a quote. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order.

Our signature flavours include Vanilla Bean, Dark Chocolate, Lemon Zest, Red Velvet, Salted Caramel, Pistachio Rose, Tiramisu, and Strawberry Champagne. We can also accommodate custom flavour requests — just ask! All cakes can be paired with buttercream, ganache, cream cheese, or mousse fillings.
Our bakery handles the following allergens daily: gluten (wheat), dairy, eggs, tree nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans), peanuts, soy, and sesame. Full allergen information for each product is available in-store. Please always inform our staff of your allergies before ordering.
We do not operate a dedicated allergen-free kitchen. Cross-contamination is possible with all our products. For customers with life-threatening allergies, we strongly recommend exercising caution and consulting with our team directly so we can best advise you.
